After carefully considering the written and verbal evidence submitted, the Panel determined that the appeal be dismissed. The Panel further decided that the appeal fee should be retained that there should be no order as to costs.
A charge against Holyhead Hotspur of breaking Cymru Alliance league rule 9g was proven by a CAL disciplinary hearing on Wednesday 9th. December Holyhead Hotspur were deducted three points and fined.
Holyhead Hotspur have appealed to the FAW HEARING DATE SET FOR JANUARY 21st.
Rule 9g (Any club failing to keep its engagement or causing a game to be abandoned without giving a reason deemed to be satisfactory by the Management Committee shall have three points deducted and shall be fined a sum not exceeding £200.00 maximum.Plus costs at the as deemed reasonable by the committee)
